We have already replaced "Save This Distribution as a Model" button with
plan_id field on Distribution Model in trunk addons.
So now at the time of updating the Distribution model you can select
appropriate plan.

Distribution model duplicates on edit

Bug description:
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1) Create a new Distribution model for an Analytic Plan
2) rename the Distribution model
result observed:
1) Distribution model duplicates and duplicate is not related to the analytic
Plan
2) Distribution model that you attempted to rename remains unchanged
3) Duplicated Distribution model appears as a choice while editing journals
"Analytic Distribution" field
4) You can't see the Duplicated Distribution model(s) under Accounting >
Configuration > Analytic Accounting > Multi Plans > Analytic Plan >
Distribution Models (maybe because they are not connected to any analytic Plan)
5) as a result of #4 you can't remove the duplicate
Suggestion for usability improvement:
1) add a submenu for "Distribution Models" under Accounting > Configuration >
Analytic Accounting > Multi Plans > (it's confusing to find the Configuration
page for "Distribution Models" currently)
