Title:
  [PS] Error message without any information when test outgoing
  connection for e-mail account

Status in OpenERP Web Client:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  -> Working on a DB from the SaaS platform

  When configuring an e-mail account in Tools/Configuration/E-Mail 
Template/E-Mail Accounts
  I set up the different parameters:
  - SMTP server & port
  - No SSL or TLS
  - Login & password

  When clicking on 'Test outgoing connection' I get a warning message
  without any information. (Also mentionned here:
  http://www.openerp.com/forum/topic22101.html)

  If I try with the GTK client, the connection succeed!

  Expected behavior: some information in the warning message. Connection
  successful? Connection failed?
