Hello Ken Chen,
I have re-checked the issue and found that issue is actually coming from
web-client.
When you tried to pay invoice through button "Pay-Invoice", action is fired but
respective window could not pop-up
and so No payment is saved as draft. So you cannot search any of the payment
that are in draft state.
For GTK-client it is working fine.

Make a supplier payment from account cash register
When adding statement line and click the payment's search, the Search
Pay Billing display nothing but a option box only as shown from the
attachmentment.
