documents not accessible when deleting eg. packing list

Bug description:
i am using openerp v6.0 and found some weird behavior with the gtk
windows client v 6.0.2
you can reproduce this bug if you create a delivery order -> print it (make
sure it gets saved on attachments) -> delete the delivery order.
now you wont be able to access "knowledge->documents"
"AccessError"
"Operation prohibited by access rules, or performed on an already deleted
document (Operation:read, Document type: Picking List).
You can bypass this by logging in with admin and deleting the specific
document manually.
this also affects sale order
