Hello Dr. Ferdinand, When you unchecked the field "Reload from attachment" , it will always print the latest report.
While marking it True will print the oldest report you have print. For more reference, I have attached video. IMHO it is clear - if "save as Attachment Prefix" is set, the idea is to reload it for the next use !?!? why else one want's to save a report as attachment if not to reload it the next time ?
