I have also apply 'fiscalyear_id' :
fields.many2one('account.fiscalyear','Geschäftsjahr') into .py file with
German
Language and import the data and it is working as expected. I have
attached a video check it.

Bug description:
autodedect raises error
selecting the columns manualy imports the rows, but unly the first
columns till "Geschäftsjahr"
IMHO a UTF-8 mapping issue
