There are also some cash discount modules available in lp:openerp-usa as well that might be valuable Ferdinand. It offers an alternative (more robust in our opinion) option to credit memos, cash discounts (as in payment terms) and also write-offs. It's the next extension is for charging interest on past due amounts (which is common here in the US). It is built on top of v6.
