Email Server Reply Email field does not display any server actions

Bug description:
Steps to reproduce:
1) Install the fetchmail module.
2) Create a Server Action.
3) Create a new email server and attempt to search for server actions for
the Reply Email field.
Expected behaviour:
A list of Server Actions including the recently created one.
Actual behaviour:
An empty list.
