Import module wizard text is wrong (copy/paste error)

Bug description:
Hi!
In "base_module_import_view.xml", here is the explanation text
appearing on the left side of the view:
"This wizard helps you add a new language to you OpenERP system. After
loading a new language it becomes available as default interface
language for users and partners."
Of course that has nothing to do with importing a module... The other
label is wrong also:
"Please be patient, this operation may take a few minutes (depending
on the number of modules currently installed)..."
