some actions create a second record in the object

Bug description:
V6 and trunk : in many objects (taht lay an action button), 2 records
are created if you don't save the record before run the form view
action button
- create a new lead and fill in object field
- don't save
- create a new partner from the lead form view (with create button)
- save the lead
- go to list view
- BUG : there are 2 = leads
=> the user has to save the record before do any actions. He shouldn't
This problem occurs in product form view :
- create a new product
- don't save
- update stock from the product form view
- save the product form
- go to product list view
- there is 2 products with the same name.
