Hello,
As per the related new "Opinion" from subscriber I need more
clarification for implementation of this (putting some restriction for
negative remaining hours).
Currently I am setting this as an "Opinion".
@Experts: Would you please share your views on this.

IMHO remaining hours should only be added if these are positive.
and yes - the planned hours should be reevaluated to avoid negative
remaining hours.
