Hello Jamie, The posted issue is already improved with latest code.
You can schedule your calls through menu Sales/Phone Calls/Schedule Calls. It contains list of all Inbound calls and Outbound calls. While the menu Sales/Phone Calls/Logged Calls contains all the calls which are in "Held" state. So, There is no specific Menu for Inbound/Outbound calls. However, if you change the value it just flips right back to what it was before. Not being able to change the value probably makes sense, since if you did new in "incoming" you could expect it to stay incoming, but having the illusion of being able to change it is a bug.
