Hello Blqt, your error occurs because 'stock' module load a bit of data while installing, like the stock journal. In order to avoid the error, you have to delete that journal and related properties.
By the way, as said ( http://www.openerp.com/forum/post90304.html#p90304 ), using these migration modules without having a complete knowledge of the data structure, will certainly generate problems. These modules have been developed for OpenERP integrators, not end users.
