[PS] Cannot add internal note on project issue

Bug description:
On openerp.my.odoo.com .
To reproduce:
Go to Project, Issues, edit an issue, select the 'history' tab, then click on
"Add Internal Note" button located at the bottom of the form.
Then, with GTK client, add multilines text, without changing the state of the
issue.
Result: the text is added but truncated (only first 3 lines appear)
Expected result: the full text is added
With web client: clicking on "Add Internal Note" button pops up a
window with the text "undefined" as sole content.
