The problem you have described is right, but technically it is being
triggered and it is working as usual but problem is Lead and Opportunity are
technically same object crm.lead so when you say convert lead to opportunity it
will trigger all other detail as usual but Salesman will be current user
responsible. So for now we are converting this to Wish-list.

automated actions do not seem to work

Bug description:
i want that whenever a lead has been changed into an opportunity, the
responsible person will be changed and an email will be sent to the
responsible.
i have set the conditions only to responsible, sales team and state is
open. so when a lead has a responsible of admin and sales team to
sales department with a state of open, the responsible person should
be changed with what i have set in the actions tab and sends an email
with the values i have set in email configuration.
But, there were no changes whenever the lead has been changed to
opportunity.
Could somebody enlighten me with this?
