I solved this problem by adding mutual exclusion in the form view.

multiple create / action -> duplicate problem

Bug description:
To reproduce:
- click new customer
- fill the partner name (mandatory) and a contact name (optional one2many)
- click the "Create&Edit" button multiple times (example double click)
Expected result:
- customer is created only once
Current result:
- customer is created multiple times (if you clicked fast enough on button)
Seems low priority usability issue.
