Importing Orders Error, 1 order imported only: null value in column
"journal_id" violates not-null constraint

Bug description:
When importing orders, error prompts:
"Integrity Error
null value in column "journal_id" violates not-null constraint"
In log, it clearly shows 1 order imported successfully, but this stops
further import, so only 1 order imported per process.
