the main application wizard must trigger chart of account wizardS

If Sales, Purchase, Point of Sales, Warehouse, acocunting, or
invoicing is installed from main application wizards AND from static
home page of web client, both wizadrs, "install chart of account" and
"install chart of account from a chart template" must be triggered
automatically
it works fine from the static home page in the web client but not from
the main application wizard in both client.
