Bug description:
Administration > Translations > Languages
Open a language, all the "help" part (Date & Time formatting help and
examples) is mis-formatted: half the cells are interpreted as labels
(right-aligned) and half as paragraph (left-aligned), leading to
something of a jumbled mess.
