It should be cancelled. Steps to recreate: 1. Create Procurement 2. Confirm Procurement 3. Open PO -> click convert to PO 4. Goto Receptions 5. Cancel Picking -> note that PO is in 'Shipping Exception' 6. Cancel PO -> note that Procurement is still 'Running' I haven't looked at the workflow fully but I'd assume that 'Shipping Exception' isn't handled properly by the sub-workflow, so it never handles the cancel back from the PO properly.
