All advanced filters without an `ID` column returned by fields_get add
one, the only allowed operator for that added field is `=`.

Bug description:
The ability to jump directly to an id is useful for debugging or when
identifiers are specifically known.
the `id` column should show up in advanced filters (the GTK has a "Go
to resource" feature)
