In the following branch at revision 4918
lp:~mihai-satmarean/+junk/l10n_ro_24TVA
the Romanian VAT is updated.
I tried to search how to propose a branch for merging and i did not find how.
Also I asked on the OpenERP forum several times about good practices in
porting fixes and adding features in the 6.0 series. And got no answer.
I am new to bzr and I do not know how to deal with this.
