Title: Linear Method: wrong calculation of first year Status in OpenERP Addons (modules): Fix Released Bug description: 6.1-trunk server revno 3765 addons revno 5374 1) Create an asset with a gross value of 30,000.00, purchase date 17/10/2011 2) Select Time Method Number of depreciations, set 5 as number of depreciations, use period length 12, computation method Linear, leave prorata temporis to False. 3) Go to Depreciation board tab and click Compute The result is shown in the enclosed screenshot. Expected result: have a depreciation of 6000 in the first year.
