Hola Ega, No he conseguido dar con una solución, pìenso que puede ser algún problema con la versión en windows ya que es el propio instalador el que instala el python.
Ibamos a descartar la aplicación pero al final nos hemos decantado por una versión servidor en Ubuntu y casualmente hay un apilance en vmware que es para vmplayer. Hemos usado el vmware converter y lo hemos "enviado" a nuestro ESXI 4.
