I doubt that the number is "unique" for all OpenERP installations
hence it is not suitable for debugging
what we need is the view "name" (XML-ID) like
record id="view_partner_bank_form_inherit" inlcluding the module name

clicking on the "view #" button opens the html source code
IMHO it would be helpful to display module name and view id and allow
to open / edit the view definition
