It could be easier to enter French RIB

Bug description:
In France the bank details are almost always given as a RIB ("relevé
d'identité bancaire" = bank details slip).
It's composed of 3 fields and a check key.
For French users it's great to find exactly those fields on the bank
detail forms.
We developed a small module to this effect : base_rib
