IMHO for services and consumables there is no inventory by definition,
hence no inventory valuation.

Bug description:
IMHO we should have a set of demo products with various parameters which are
named according to the parameters used
to test the correct working of accounting.
and also stock input/output/valuation/price difference etc accounts which
are correctly filled in products/categories/locations
(which multiplies the table ....)
