Fix released in revision 5754. Cancelation of an invoice does not cancel
anymore the linked expense because this is a special case of exeption
that we don't want to treat by default in openerp.

Bug description:
If an invoice get's canceled the matching hr expense is set to
"refused"
nevertheless if this invoice is set to draft and is posted, the
hr_expense remains in state refused which IMHO is not correct.
