The project is still in development and layout was not yet fixed. Since
we do not consider unimplemented functionality being a bug I close this
bug for now.

popup windows (wizards) should be centered

Bug description:
currently the upper boarder of the wizard wiondows are displayed in
the middle of the main window and the buttons of the wizard are only
visible after moving the window a bit up
