Title:
new delivery order with sales order manually completed does not count
for delivery state of the sales order

Bug description:
Steps to reproduce:
- create a sales order with 50 pieces of a product (SO-0001);
- go to delivery orders and check to see that a delivery order is proposed
OUT-0001;
- create a new delivery order and save this (OUT-0002) (add in the
"Additional info tab" the reference for SO-0001);
- go to "Warehouse->Product moves->Deliver" products and search the
respective line;
- create a new pack and put there 25 pce.
- edit the new pack and edit the reference for picking and select the new
delivery order OUT-0002 - Save
- Open the delivery order OUT-0002 - should now contain the new pack.
- Process the delivery
The problem -> In the sales order tree view the SO-0001 is 0%
delivered.
Expected result->In the sales order tree view the SO-0001 is 50%
delivered.
