Yes, i tested it with fresh database and it happens the same. For example, in the survey you sent me in the video i can go to second page, but crashes on third. In a new empty survey i created, it crashes me when going to second page.

There are Next and Previous buttons that allow to navigate between Survey pages. On Chromium the pagination doesn't seem to work. When i click on "Next" button, a "Your messages" screen appears (attached an screenshots) I tested in Firefox and works bug is being produced in every survey i test, even if there are no questions.
