Menus do not reload correctly if applications install is followed by
further wizards

Bug description:
After installing a DB, use the "Add More Features" wizard.
* Select "CRM"
* Click "Install Modules"
* Wait
Expected and observed: a new menu "Sales" appears for CRM info.
Now open "Add More Features" again,
* Select "Sales"
* Click "Install Modules"
* Wait
* Follow the next two wizard steps (for chart of accounts)
Expected:
Three new menus ("Sales", "Warehouse" and "Accounting") appear
Observed:
No menu appears
This bug appears any time the "Add New Features" wizard is directly
followed by an other wizard section.
