Title: when click on cancel and reopen the apprisal it makes duplicate of apprisal surveys. Status in OpenERP Addons (modules): Confirmed Bug description: Trunk install hr_evaluation and then in appraisal 1. create new appraisal and start appraisal 2. cancel and set to darft and then again start apprisal it creates duplicate entry for interview apprisal.
