* add this to the help text (which describes the power of the formula, but not
what most users will need)
For a comma every 3 digits (including when the
number has more than 12 digits) you should use [3,0].
* add [3,0] or similar to most languages as IMHO this improves the
readability a lot.
it would also be good to rearrange the fields in language form view to
put the separator format next to the separator character
