Public bug reported:
System allows to generate a proforma invoice with no invoice date which
is not correct.
Expected behavior when generating a proforma invoice :
1.- OE should insert by default the date of the date or
2. OE should warn that no date is entered and not allow PI creation.
I think 2nd option is more suitable.
