the button "create partner" in opportunity view is not really usefull

Bug description:
trunk,
in Opportunity form view, there is a button "create partner" near
partner field. I think it is not really usefull and a it confusing. It
would be good to remove it but check than default value creating the
customer from the m2o, includes data from lead tab (using default_...=
in the context)
