This is not a bug neither a usability issue.
The icon is proper because we have improving some icon so I am not considering
this issue and closing it.

Hello,
With latest trunk,
I have setup sale_crm, Here with main menu sale and sub menu
opportunity have same icon.
Main menu sale have icon that indicate like new creation. And
Opportunity have same icon.
Their should be different Icon for Sale.
