This was a design decision, range management should be setup by the view
itself based on its own constraints.

Problem : In Search View missing the Dates In project phases....
(Suggestion for improve Search view)
Project >> Project >> Project Phases
In search view --
AT Gtk side : In search view --
Start Date : start date , end date
End Date : start date , end date
At Web-client Side : In search view --
Start date
End date
So, searching records like :
Example :- show project phases which are start from 12/01/2011 to 12/30/2011
