I have checked this issue at my end , But I did not
face any problem to save or read a subsequent
purchase_order PDF so would you please give more
information regarding this issue.

Bug description:
may be also a settings issue
OpenERP produces a file purchase_order.pdf and chrome saves the first
as purchase_order.pdf and pretends to save all subsequent as
purchase_order (1).pdf which can't be read - because these are not
saved localy
