Yes I am agree with you regarding the css column headers should not be upper -
become difficult to read.
For now It needed of changes regarding the what you suggested in issue
specification. currently I can consider this issue as opinion because this
needs more clarification.
You can post this issue on feedback.openerp.com also, Our quality team
members will definatly review this.
@Experts: Would you please provide us your precious inputs regarding
this.

in German (and probably many other languages) the words (column headers) are
much longer, hence will be printed almost together.
printing all in upper case makes it difficult to recognize the column
headers, because the space between is too smal
appart from the fact that upper case is more difficult to recognize than
mixed case.
