The Thunderbird plugin does not handle correctly accented characters
in the attachments names

Bug description:
Steps to reproduce: from Thunderbird, push an email with an attachment
named 'Test à.doc' (for example). In OpenERP, the name of the
attachment becomes '=?UTF-8?B?dGVzdCDDoC5kb2M=?='.
It happens on 6.0.2, same behavior from Thunderbird from Windows and
from Mac.
