share - outgoing messages must be send immediately

Bug description:
the default frequenzy for outgoing messages is set to 1 hour,
share will be probably used in a similar way like crm and users expect
the message to be deliverd immediately.
(I do not see a good reason to queue the share messages and sent the
helpdesk immediately)
