Bug description:
If trying to create working database with scenario:
@given(u'I create database from config file')
it will fail as a database cannot longer be created without first a
database in scenarios:

File ".../eggs/ERPpeek-1.6b1-py2.7.egg/erppeek.py", line 460, in login
