it would be good to have links
to latest versions of a package file available for download. for example:
something like
{{{
http://hackage.haskell.org/packages/archive/arrows/latest.tar.gz
}}}
would be a link to
{{{
http://hackage.haskell.org/packages/archive/arrows/0.4/arrows-0.4.tar.gz
}}}
this would greatly simplify automating installs.
