#280: Cabal doesn't work with hs-boot and preprocessed sources.

In hscom there is one module Variant.hsc and a Variant.hs-boot for it.
While building the Cabal creates Variant.hs in the dist/build directory
but doesn't copy Variant.hs-boot file in the same directory. In this way
the build fails unless I copy the .hs-boot file manualy.
