We still have a package url field in the installed package info, however
that is actually useful because it could be used to point to the exact
package tarball which was used to build the installed package. That'll
require a little help in cabal-install to pass the information though,
otherwise it will not know. Alternatively hackage could set the field in
the .cabal file itself when packages are uploaded.
