It is ghc's optimised InstalledPackageInfo parser that needs updating.

We were ending up with things like
InstalledPackageInfo {
...
license = LGPL Nothing,
...
}
i.e. "LGPL Nothing" rather than "LGPL", which we couldn't then read.
