I think I have fixed the problem that caused ghc-paths to break. I assumed
it was the same problem here. However I cannot test the current github
version of the network package because the configure fails:

config.status: creating network.buildinfo
config.status: error: cannot find input file:
`include/HsNetworkConfig.h.in'
}}}
I have nevertheless committed the fix, perhaps you could check the network
package with the latest Cabal lib and close this ticket or report further
details.
