This would definitely be nice to have. I have a small application that I'd
like to redistribute in binary form, but it needs data files, and I've no
idea how I'd create a relocatable package on Linux, OS X, or Windows at
the moment.
At least on OS X and Linux, I can fudge by just installing it in /usr, but
I don't have any such luxury on Windows.
