Did you install from the cacti site, or did you install the Ubuntu
package? In the latter case, just so you know, it is best to report your
issue in the Ubuntu bug tracker. 1) It may be Debian/Ubuntu specific and
2) that way I won't forget and if not Debian/Ubuntu specific, I can
forward it to the cacti bug tracker. Of course you can just go there
yourself as well: http://bugs.cacti.net

Unfortunately, I don't have the time right now to look into it now.
